What can you do?
You can support your immune system by:
- Eating a healthy diet that is high in nutrients.
- If you feeling tired or not quite right REST, this is often the first sign. Make a cup of herbal tea, run a hot bath and rug up.
- Take additional nutrients and herbs that can help support your immune system. eg. Vitamin C, D, Zinc, probiotics, echinacea, andrographis, medicinal mushrooms. (Find out more below)
